Guide 2. How Pay2.House Works and How to Use It

After you sign in to Pay2.House, you land in your personal dashboard.
The interface is designed so that all key actions are in one place, while the left menu neatly separates them into clear sections.

In this guide, we’ll go through what each section is for and what tasks you can handle in each one.

Before you start

If you’re not familiar with the basic steps yet or you’re just getting started, we recommend reading the first part first: Guide 1. How to Register and Start Using Pay2.House

Left menu in Pay2.House

The left menu is your main navigation.
It takes you to all core sections: accounts and cards, top-ups, transfers, transaction history, team management, and additional tools.

Depending on your task, you can work in the main section or switch to a specific category.

Cards and accounts

The “Cards and accounts” section is the main working screen in Pay2.House.
This is the first page you see right after logging in.

Here you can:

  • view all your accounts in available currencies
  • track current balances
  • issue virtual cards
  • manage active cards
  • check card and operation statuses

In the same section, you can issue Standard or Personal cards depending on your needs and manage them in one place.

Important: transaction codes and detailed card transaction statuses are available inside the card page for the specific active card. To find a transaction code or see charge details, open the card and view its transaction history.

  • top up via Wire / SWIFT / SEPA (from $5,000)

Funds are always credited to your account first – after that, you can use them for transfers, currency exchange, or topping up cards.
