User Agreement

4. LIABILITY

4.1. The Administration is not responsible for the User's commission of illegal actions, as well as for any possible losses or damages caused by the User or third parties as a result of using Pay2.House services.

4.2. The User agrees to take full responsibility for the security of their personal data and prevent unauthorized access by third parties.

4.3. The User is responsible for all actions performed with their account. All operations carried out using the User's account are considered to be performed by the User themselves.

4.4. The Administration is not responsible for temporary technical failures and interruptions in the operation of the Pay2.House service, regardless of the causes of these failures.

4.5. In case of User's violation of the terms of this Agreement or legislation, the Administration has the right to restrict the User's access to Pay2.House services without prior notice.

8. FUND TRANSFER TO OTHER PAYMENT SYSTEMS

8.1. Pay2.House users have the option to transfer funds to accounts in other payment systems.

8.2. When making a transfer, the User agrees to provide correct recipient details. In case of an error, the Administration is not responsible for transfers to incorrect details.

8.3. The transfer processing time may vary depending on the specific payment system's regulations and can range from a few minutes to several business days.

8.4. Fund transfer operations to other payment systems may be subject to a commission according to the current Pay2.House system tariffs. The User must familiarize themselves with the conditions and amount of the commission before making the transfer.

8.5. The Administration reserves the right to impose restrictions on the transfer amount and number of transfers within a specific time period to ensure transaction security.

9. ACCOUNT TOP-UP IN PAY2.HOUSE

9.1. The User has the right to top up their account in the Pay2.House system using various methods offered by the service.

9.2. The time for crediting funds to the User's account depends on the chosen top-up method and may vary from instant to several business days.

9.3. Account top-up may be subject to a commission according to the current Pay2.House system tariffs. The User must familiarize themselves with the conditions and amount of the commission before making the top-up.

9.4. The Administration reserves the right to impose restrictions on the top-up amount and the number of transactions within a specific time period to ensure transaction security.

9.5. The User agrees not to use illegally obtained funds to top up their account.

9.6. In case of topping up the account using a credit card, the Administration reserves the right to request additional card verification based on the payment data. This measure is aimed at ensuring security and preventing potential risky or fraudulent transactions.

9.7. The User agrees to provide necessary information and documents confirming the legitimacy of using the specified credit card. In case of refusal to provide such data, the Administration reserves the right to refuse to credit funds to the user's account.

9.8. The User realizes that failure to comply with verification requirements may result in delayed fund crediting or refusal to process the transaction.

9.9. In case of successful credit card verification, the top-up amount will be credited to the user's account within the specified timeframes.

10. REFUND POLICY

10.1. Refunds for transfers made by the User through the Pay2.House service are made in cases provided by the law and the company policy..

10.2. Refunds are made to the same account from which the transfer was made, unless otherwise specified by the terms of use of the respective payment method.

10.3. Refunds can only be made if the funds have not been transferred to the recipient's account yet.

10.4. In case of a refund, only the funds without the transfer fees levied will be returned to the User.

10.5. Funds obtained from currency exchange operations are non-refundable.

10.6. To request a refund, the User must contact the Pay2.House customer support with the corresponding request and provide all necessary transfer details.

10.7. The Administration reserves the right to refuse a refund if the User violates the terms of use of the Pay2.House service, including cases related to fraud, improper use of payment methods, and other violations of the company's policy.

11. USER TECHNICAL SUPPORT

11.1. The User has the right to contact Pay2.House customer support for any issues related to using the service.

11.2. Support requests are accepted on the website through the "Tickets" section. The User can create a new ticket, providing necessary information and a description of the problem or question.

11.3. The response time of customer support may vary, but the Administration strives to process each request as quickly as possible.

11.4. When contacting customer support, the User agrees to provide all necessary details to resolve their issue.

11.5. The User must behave respectfully when communicating with customer support. Insults or aggressive behavior may result in restricted access to customer support.

12. ACCOUNT BLOCKING

12.1. The Pay2.House website administration has the right to block the User's account access in case of the User's violation of the terms of this Agreement or upon receiving credible information about the User's illegal activity.

12.2. In case of access blocking, all funds in the account balance are frozen until the circumstances are clarified.

12.3. If after verification illegal activity of the User is confirmed, their account may be permanently blocked without the possibility of recovery.

13. ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION

13.1. The User has the right to deactivate their account at any time by submitting a corresponding request to customer support.

13.2. Upon account deactivation, all User data is deleted, and the remaining funds in the balance are returned to their payment account, minus the transfer fee (if applicable).

13.3. After deactivating the account, there is no provision for restoring access to the account or its reactivation.

14. MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT TERMS

14.1. The Pay2.House website administration reserves the right to modify, supplement, or update this User Agreement at any time.

14.2. All changes take effect from the moment of publication on the website. The User's use of the website after the changes signifies acceptance and agreement with the new version of the Agreement.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

15.1. All disputes, disagreements, and claims that may arise in connection with the execution, termination, or invalidation of this Agreement, the parties will try to resolve through negotiations.

15.2. In case of a dispute, the User must first contact Pay2.House customer support with a detailed description of the problem and a proposed solution.

15.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or via customer support, it shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the Pay2.House Administration.
